its been a long time
I am extremely unmotivated with any extracurricular activities such as writing blogging or anything that isn't work these days so its been a long time. I need to stop making excuses and be a champ if you got any encouraging words please send them my way

Today for the big guy: Rest and Cardio
Yesterday I went to a gym that my mom used to work at in the 80's. This placed is owned by a bunch of juice head Guido’s that I particularly don't like. The show that i saw the trainers and patrons put on made me appreciate where i work. The stereotypes were classic and unforgettable. First we had the classic aging juice head that was slamming weights and angrily giving advice to patrons not asking for any. Next was the classic short trainer with a chip on his shoulder doing walking lunges with his clients (horrible form) and bicycle kicks while texting on his phone. All over the place was meat heads, steak heads, swollen monkeys, and of course the minions of post January 1st sign up scams. As you know I don’t like to ramble on in life or on this blog but these stories must be told. Post a comment if you want to here more about this shit show in Glen Cove.

Today for the big guy: back and bi's
I am feeling flabby mainly because of the amount of calories i am intaking. This is a must in the stage of fitness i am in but it makes me want to eat less and healthier. Hopefully i won't create any more bad eating habits during these three months.

Today for the big guy: DELTS and cardio
What a show off!!! Some might say this when describing me. I worked out recently with a client of mine and my abs were so sore for three days that it hurts to ..... well you know (in a whisper) poop. I use this tool (me showing off) or me being a toll (hahah) to get a extra boost. If there is someone i want to impress in the gym I'm in ill work out extra hard and it will really help with my intensity level.
If anyone wants to come force me to workout harder today your more than welcome just try to find me.

today for the big guy; cardio two a days abs and some rest
I have been seeing significant results in the last three weeks of my bulking phase( getting fat phase). I just hit 275 ish and hope to stay around this weight until my cutting phase (miserable phase) in march. I have been semi strict with my diet as well as have been very consistent with my workouts. If this keeps up i will definitely be doing the mock contest at beginning of summer. (June)
Tell me your thought please. I don't care if you do it anonymously or if you just want to say hi just write something.
