today for the big guy; cardio two a days abs and some rest
I have been seeing significant results in the last three weeks of my bulking phase( getting fat phase). I just hit 275 ish and hope to stay around this weight until my cutting phase (miserable phase) in march. I have been semi strict with my diet as well as have been very consistent with my workouts. If this keeps up i will definitely be doing the mock contest at beginning of summer. (June)
