
Today for the big guy: DELTS and cardio
What a show off!!! Some might say this when describing me. I worked out recently with a client of mine and my abs were so sore for three days that it hurts to ..... well you know (in a whisper) poop. I use this tool (me showing off) or me being a toll (hahah) to get a extra boost. If there is someone i want to impress in the gym I'm in ill work out extra hard and it will really help with my intensity level.
If anyone wants to come force me to workout harder today your more than welcome just try to find me.
Who are you trying to impress at the gym? Hmmmmm????
